Terms of Use
These Terms govern the DUTT website, applications, e-shop integrations, and delivery services used by individuals and businesses.
Last updated: August 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, connecting, or using a DUTT website, application, integration, or delivery service, the user or business confirms that it has read and accepts these Terms. No separate acceptance checkbox is required for each delivery request.
2. DUTT's role and separate product sale
DUTT is the contracting provider of the delivery service. DUTT does not sell the transported products. A product purchase is a separate transaction between buyer and seller, and the seller remains responsible for the product, its sale, and the corresponding product receipt or invoice.
Physical collection and delivery may be performed by DUTT-employed couriers and/or independent delivery partners. The status of the person performing the delivery does not change DUTT's contractual role as provider of the delivery service.
3. DUTT app
Individuals request delivery directly from DUTT through the DUTT app. The delivery charge is separate from any product purchase, and DUTT issues the applicable retail receipt for the delivery service.
Businesses using the DUTT app also request delivery directly from DUTT. DUTT issues the applicable receipt for immediate payment or a business invoice under the selected monthly invoicing arrangement.
4. WooCommerce and custom integrations
The merchant remains the seller of its products and manages the customer's checkout, product sale, and its own fiscal obligations. DUTT supplies the separate delivery service to the merchant, charges the merchant under the agreed model, and issues the corresponding receipt or invoice to the merchant.
5. Other business customers
For direct business deliveries outside an e-shop integration, DUTT supplies the delivery service under the agreed commercial terms and issues the corresponding business invoice. The business remains responsible for the products, order information, packaging, and its own sales documents.
6. Delivery charges and tax documents
DUTT charges the person or business that purchases the delivery service through the applicable channel and issues the corresponding receipt or invoice for that service. The product seller separately charges for the product and issues the product receipt or invoice.
In an e-shop integration, any shipping amount displayed or collected by the merchant from its customer belongs to the merchant's own checkout and fiscal flow. It does not merge the product sale with DUTT's separate delivery service to the merchant.
7. Merchant invoicing and overdue amounts
For merchants using monthly postpaid invoicing, delivery charges are consolidated into a monthly invoice. Each invoice is payable within 30 calendar days of receipt unless a different due date is expressly stated. DUTT may send reminders before and after the due date.
If an invoice remains wholly unpaid for five calendar days after its due date, DUTT may suspend new delivery requests until full payment is confirmed by the invoicing or payment provider.
Suspension does not cancel deliveries already in progress and does not restrict support, order history, or issued invoices. New delivery access is restored after full payment is confirmed.
8. User and merchant responsibilities
Users and merchants must provide accurate pickup, delivery, recipient, contact, item, and payment information. They must ensure that items are lawful, safe, suitably packaged, and within the accepted limits, and must not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
9. Availability and third-party services
Delivery availability and estimates depend on coverage, demand, traffic, weather, safe access, and other real-world conditions. DUTT also uses payment, mapping, communications, cloud, and other third-party services, whose temporary failure may affect the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUTT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits, or where loss results from incorrect information, unlawful or inadequately packaged items, inaccessible locations, unsafe conditions, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and DUTT remains responsible for its delivery-service obligations under applicable law.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
DUTT branding, software, text, graphics, and service content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Users must not copy protected material without permission, misuse the service, submit false information, interfere with operations, or use DUTT for unlawful purposes.
12. Changes and governing law
DUTT may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The Terms are governed by Greek law, without limiting any mandatory protection that applies to the user.
